Man, there isn't a limit on how many times you can call! Just tell them the truth. "Look, I'm really upset because I can't get the Rockets. A friend of mine told me that you offered him a deal where he got Showtime free for 4 months as a service gesture. Is that something available for me?" They'll give it to you bro! I've called twice in the last 6 weeks.
Yes, let's do that "Islamic terrorism is America's fault" storyline again. Fearless these writers are.
I didn't really agree with the need for that scene in "Homeland". I can't believe they actually showed Carrie started to do that and then changed her mind. I think the point of that was Carrie was thinking the baby would be better off because Carrie hasn't been there and isn't exactly a great mother (or of sound mind sometimes) as she seemingly wants very little to do with her own child. The child is just a reminder of a painful chapter in her life and she probably sees Brody every time she looks at the child. But, I still didn't agree with the need to go there. They could have just replaced it with her searching on the internet about putting her baby up for adoption or something instead. I hope no young impressionable mothers struggling with the onset of depression after giving birth don't get any similar ideas from that scene.
that was the hottest sex scene in all tv series history... the baby bathing scene was just a reminder of how sick Carrie is...
Premier was okay for me. I have a lot of the same sentiments already said here. The one thing I will mention is that the Brody baby is possibly the ugliest baby I've ever seen.
I think you mean...breathtaking...is the proper nomenclature there man. The Dude abides, man. Nobody puts baby in a corner (because she's ugly). Just suck it up and smile when you see baby...and say "breathtaking". This will allow the situation to remain perfectly calm, dude. Then, look over at your old lady immediately after and say she is "breathtaking" for added measure.
fwiw: One was A-xeron/Axerin which is testosterone prescribed for Testosterone Replacement Therapy, for those losing their libido. Another looked like ketorolac injection "KT" which is nonsteroidal, anti-imflammatory prescribed for moderate to severe pain following surgery. Looked like a random collection of drugs that probably fetch high dollar on the black market. Dude's likely stealing from his med school to make money for something. Or there's some nefarious plot whereby someone needs a steady supply of the drugs.
What if Sandy's secret source was actually Aayan?! Maybe Aayan was giving drugs to Sandy in exchange for intel. And after Sandy died, maybe Aayan just wanted to get rid of the evidence before the toxicology report came back?
I actually enjoyed the premier more than most of last season. Looking forward to see where it goes now that's Brody is gone....
I need to rewatch last night's episode. I kept getting distracted and could not focus on what was going on.
I really dislike Carrie's character. It's the same reason I dislike Frank Underwood's character -- relentlessly sociopathic, nothing else matters except themselves and their goals. There are no nuances to their character.
