We had the luxury of Asik at the backup 5 spot, now we don't. Both Howard and Harden will be under a lot of pressure. It's time for the youngsters to step up, and for Harden and Howard to play as an effective combo.
So this year with Daniels,Pap,Terry,Garcia and Ariza as our wing players means that Harden can sit for 10 games and Howard will be playing more than 35 minutes because we don't have Asik. I don't think so, Harden will continue playing at least 38 minutes for sure until he picks up a serious injury and can't play for a few games.
I never implied what you are saying. Unless the backup wing players step up, Harden will be run to the ground. Ditto for Howard, if Dorsey and D-Mo fail at the backup 5 spot.
