Maybe that's intentional, because he in turn doesn't have the chops to be a CIA Director and hang with the likes of Saul and Dar as intelligence agents.
Man Brody shouldn't have died. Absolutely terrible, been saying that all season and this is the icing on the cake. Javadi should have faked Brodys death and sent him back to the states. The plot twist that should have been done was Carrie gets the baby and then gets shot at the safe house (meaning they would have had to progress her pregnancy much faster) Brody was the real rock of the show, Saul is the piece making everything happen but Nick was the protagonist. Again i ask how the F is carrie not killed or atleast fired from the CIA after all the crazy female drama crap she did? End of my rant....this should be the end of the show/no more seasons. SMH
Still mad at this ****, but who am kidding, its showtime. Man seriously some writers need to write further then just one season before they introduce a pilot. Figure out where you are taking the story before you take the show to the ground
They should end the series now with that. There's really no reason to add a 4th season to this other than to ruin the solid ending that they already have.
WOOOHHH My problems with the show are generally: Brody's family Brody's wife calling him Brody--it's her last name as well "Realistic portrayal" of mental illness that is not very realistic--her facial expressions are annoyingly repetitive Incompetent American security officials Stereotyped Muslim villains that resemble South Park caricatures Brody is gone--I don't know how this show will work with Carrie roaming the world, foiling terrorist plots singlehandedly Saul being married to a Muslim for cheap sympathy to the Muslim community I will continue watching it for pure entertainment! Here's an interesting, very opinionated piece about the show and its inability to grasp the basics of Islam. http://www.washingtonpost.com/posteverything/wp/2014/10/02/homeland-is-the-most-bigoted-show-on-television/ Spoiler
There's a whole lot of problems with the show, especially in Season 3, but I'm a sucker for it. It's damn entertaining. I'm looking forward to watching it Sunday.
No longer a part of the show This is the stupidest complaint I've ever heard. They met in high school when everyone called him Brody. When I was in high school I had a girlfriend that called me by last name. That was what people called me. The writers confirmed that Brody is dead and gone for good. They had wanted to kill him off a season earlier.
i really liked the show and now that the brody family is out of the picture ill like it even more. Seriously im so happy that stupid little girl Dana or whatever is finally gone
That would have been epic...to blow up that entire room. Showtime always chickens out and looks only for the $$$$
I have always maintained that if he pulled the trigger and killed everyone in that room and the show ended like that, it would have been the greatest single season of TV ever (this was before Breaking Bad Season 5 though).
I'm debating whether or not I should add Showtime after dropping it a few months back. The new season of Homeland would be the only reason for me to add it. Hopefully DirecTV has a three months for free offer or something.
Call and complain about the Rockets (before it's too late lol) and you can get it for 4 months free. I got $10 a month, 4 months of showtime and a $100 gift card.
I would but I just called a month ago and complained about not being able to purchase the Red Zone channel ala carte and got $10 off for six months and HBO free for three. Wish they would've thrown in that gift card though. I just checked and saw they're offering Showtime and Starz for $13.99/month. I think I'll just add that for a few months and drop it later.
i did call att to complain. i got 450 and the top internet speed for 115 a month. plus i got a 100 gift card. not bad.
When I called to add showtime a few weeks back it was 3 months of Showtime+Starz for 11.99 a month Watch the 2 seasons of Ray Donovan on Showtime's on demand and consider it a push.
