The more they cut into the sleeves, the thinner the graphic on the side has to be. It's only getting thinner at the arm hole though, so it's looking pretty bad.
Understand that people are anxious for new jerseys, but think about it this way. Do we think this group to will get it right? We've had our current jerseys for 10 years. Who knows how long we're stuck with whatever they create. When it comes to re-doing jerseys, it's not like you can just call a mulligan. Charlotte did it right. They had designers who specialize in cutting edge sportswear (versus advertising or costume people). Hope the Rockets are taking their time and bring in the right people.

Unless they go back to the classic jerseys, I see no reason to change. Too many of the ones posted in here look horrible. The "modern clean look" of team like Memphis or Atlanta and others is hideous, way worse than what they have now. Too many of the ones in here look like wnba jerseys

These look really clean. I still think we need a new logo and font or go back to what we had in the championship years. I made this concept a few years ago. Maybe these two ideas merged would look good.
