If they could flip T-Jones + picks for Dragic, I would be thrilled. I am not holding my breath on that one, though.

TJo does not look like a max option, one year out. Rubes, a Kahn pick -- not Smug Sanders', is not a max guy, either.

How much does RR get and at what asset cost?

For that matter, is this a 3, 4, or 5 year max offer?

And this question, if PHX and Rox have a deal foundation as per PM (re: DG) then do the two teams align without the Flipster?

Jones converts nearly 70% of shots around the rim. Rubio converted less than 50%. His one elite spot? Right corner 3 (sample size of 44, 44%).

Rubio can't seem to hit anything, and I wouldn't be surprised to see teams crowd the paint so Harden can't drive or Howard can't post. That's the main thing I worry about with him. I know Rubio and Rondo get lumped as poor shooters/great defenders and passers, but Rondo is much better around the rim.

Woah, Phoenix loses Bledsoe and gets 2 bad contracts and a terrible player in return?

Martin is more valuable to Phoenix at this point since the Suns don't have a real starting shooting guard nor do they have any perimeter shooting.

Barea's an expiring contract and as for Buddinger....well...If you're going to collect old Rockets players you might as well get one that was an All-American Volleyball player.

Phoenix is better off matching or letting him go. That Martin deal is rough.

If Minnesota was going to ship Rubio to us I'd imagine we would be eating Buddinger's contract via the TPE first. After that, you can move Jones, 1st Rounder, and fillers.

Would I take on Bud's contract just to get Rubio? It's a year longer than More would want but hey...it's Morey.

Yeah, I don't see Bledsoe agreeing to go there if Rubio is staying.

So you don't think it will be a 3-team deal with the Rox getting in on the action?

As basketballholic said before, who ever actually reads his insightful posts instead of hammering him, the great thing about getting rubio is that we can sign a max player before we resign him...That basically means if aldridge doesent resign we can have a starting 5 of howard LA ariza harden and rubio in exactly one year time....that is the BEST starting 5 in the nba and its not close...lets just sit back and enjoy football while things play out
