Kyle Lowry logged a full 2 minutes MORE per game on ball than Harden, and yet Morey still pursued him. All of the guys that have been frequently discussed here (Dragic, Bledsoe, Rondo, and Rubio) logged more time on ball than Harden. Morey is not afraid of 2 ball dominant guards. Look at Bledsoe/Dragic, Westbrook/Jackson, Lillard/Williams, Parker/Ginobili, and Lowry/Vasquez. All good teams that had multiple ball dominant guards. I've gone back and forth on this, but I think the two PHX guards are better fits for us than Rubio and Rondo. Both have played in a 2 primary guard system. Dragic is the surest thing.....Bledsoe probably has the most upside. My take on all of this.......occam's razor. The simplest theory is usually the best. The reason the Terry trade hasn't been finalized is we are still waiting on the PHX situation to work itself out.

This is good to see. Too many posters not "in-the-know" speak in such a matter-of-fact manner in the GARM.
Donating money does not automatically give you contributor status. Myself and other posters have donated and still haven't received that status. I have asked many times if there is a minimum donation needed or what else needs to be done to get the status with no luck.
I never called anyone a fake or a fraud. I appreciate what insiders say and I don't get upset when their claims don't hold true. I fail to see anything simple about Morey getting involved in the Bledsoe/Phoenix/conversation/lack of conversation and then involving the Terry trade in some massive trade Sign and Trade scenario. Simplest answer to me was he made the Terry trade for 2 draft picks and a veteran on a good size contract he could use in the future.... like the December to February trade season future. And the reason it hasn't been finalized yet is because Gee and Hopson's contracts couldn't be combined for a trade until yesterday, and its September in the NBA when pretty much everyone is on vacation before training camp gets underway in two weeks.
You are right, of course. And most, at least I want to believe most, love this post. But, the odd thing is this Thread is the train wreck demanding, commanding rubbernecking! It has a compelling factor belieing its compost able composition.
If the Terry trade is finalized then it's almost certain that the group of 4 PG's we have been discussing would cut too 2. Rondo and Bledsoe will no longer be options if the Terry trade is finalized, Rubio and Dragic will be the only viable targets from Plowmans group. Right?
Haha. Well I turned out to be wrong about the Bledsoe/Terry thing. Oh well. I can admit it. It seems that Bledsoe and Rondo are out for now...at least until we can aggregate Terry's salary, which won't be until mid-November. By then, we will have cut or traded Covington and Powell. We can still get Dragic for something like Powell, Covington, TJones and Capela. Same for Rubio. Not saying that PHX will accept it....just that it works under the CBA. PHX won't trade Dragic until this Bledsoe stuff is worked through, and may not trade him even if Bledsoe signs the 4 year $48 offer. Who knows with Rubio.
