Someone has a bad memory. Like many have agreed on, if an allstar caliber player is on the market, the rockets will take a look at them. If a team had 4 SF's and two of them are starter quality and their team couldn't keep both of them and we needed a SF, and either one of them would be great, do you think the rockets would inquire about both of them? Does the moon have to align before you understand the concept? Available allstar caliber player = automatic inquire from the rockets. Plowman is most of yall savior because you lack skills to realize situations and understand them. Idk who plowman got his info from, doesn't really matter to me. Logic fits in it. (refer to beginning of the post). My problem with him came with the deadline.
Wow. You've given up on the season, 3 weeks out from training camp? We have two of the best players at their positions, and you've already declared we will be bounced from the first round? Many players take big strides in their third year. DMo and TJones could both show great improvement, there's no reason not to think they would. Each of them has gotten better in their two seasons. TJones had a rough end to the season, but that happens to young players. Trevor Ariza is no scrub. He's no all-star, but he is a Chandler Parsons type player. 4th best player. We couldn't find a 3rd best player, so Morey went ahead and scooped up the 4th best player for half the cost. We still have some assets that could potentially lead to a trade, and Morey has a history of making very solid trades. He could flip some of our current pieces for more pieces before a trade, or get a third team involved. There are so many things that could happen between now and Feb (whatever the deadline is). It's ridiculous to give up on next season simply because we didn't get Bosh and resign Parsons. What teams in the West really got that much better? And how did we get THAT much worse? We got rid of two bench players. Good bench players, but bench players who shouldn't be paid what they were for their contribution. They got those contracts to be starters, they needed to be moved. Losing Asik is the really only step back, in my opinion. Couldn't really afford to pay him to play the minutes he was, but he gave us rim protection for 48 minutes. Stop being so dramatic.

I genuinely try to forget that he's slated to become a rocket. That front page brings me back to reality every time.
Mark Berman: Rockets GM Daryl Morey: "Where the roster is now is where it's going to be when camp starts save a couple of signings-delayed because of the World Championships" Twitter @MarkBermanFox26 the sky is falling.
I'm sooo ready to acquire one of the 4 PG's Plowman has spoke of, I don't care which one i'd be ecstatic with any, hoping plowman comes through! Anybody else think it was undersold the the way Cyberx came out and said This whole time cyberx has been saying there was absolutely no chance Dragic comes to Houston, and all of the sudden there's a "I talked to Dragic, he said he wouldn't mind getting a max contract from the Rockets if he comes" so now cyberx is saying there's a chance, and not only is there a chance, but Dragic is aware of it, and has given it thought. Basically, Plowman being legitimized again. Cyberx first said he had heard absolutely no talks, now he was is aware of Bledsoe and Dragic as being possibility's Cyber, have you heard anything about Rondo? Is there any more detail on what you heard with Dragic?
That doesn't legitimize Plowman. It's just common sense. Teams needing a point guard: Rockets and a couple more. Players heading into free agency or currently in free agency: Rondo, Bledsoe, and Dragic. Free agents usually field all offers. Example? Lowry this off-season. Met with the Rockets the first night. Result? Re-signed with the Raptors for a nice, large contract. Did we have a nice chance at him? Sure, but because we put ourselves and pretty much forced ourselves to be in position to sign him. It was all us doing work, not Lowry or his agent. They didn't come to us. We went to them. That's how free agency works. When you're a free agent you weigh in all options. Unless you're Lebron lol. Next summer(if we haven't traded for any) we are also looking to force ourselves to put ourselves in position to sign either Rondo, Dragic, or Bledsoe(if he signs the QO) And even if we do end up signing any of those three next summer it still does not legitimize Plowman. Plowman never said anything about next summer(forgive me if he did. I stopped reading any post that doesn't have Cyberx's name attached to it a long time ago) He's been saying now, or soon, or whatever, but not next summer. (Implying a trade since that's the only way to get any of those guys before next off-season) SO in conclusion, only way plowman is legitimized is if we trade for any of them.
We really don't know the timing of the comments by Dragic. He could have made them in 2012 for all we know. We'd have to get Cyberx to say this comment was made (insert time frame).
Pretty sure cyberx was referring to Dragic's free agency, not a trade like Plowman has been talking about..
At this point, why would he bother? The number of people willing to be reasonable about his defensive shortcomings is maybe 1/1000th of the knee jerk squad.
They go in hand in hand. Trade discussions with Phoenix would only have commenced if Dragic assured the Rockets he would re-sign if we pony up the money. I mean, why would the Rockets even approach Dragic NOW about his 2015 plans, if it's not trying to trade for him?
Can I please get October's lottery numbers since we can read into the future. Clutchfans this is Rockets#1 fan right here. Bwhahaha Man calm down a bit, we will be better than what you are predicting.
Dragic: I'm re-signing with the Suns. Cyberx: Dragic wouldn't mind sticking it to the Rockets. Morey: This is our team. Plowman disciples: omg we're getting Dragic.
