I messaged him and asked him to explain "rate limiting enzyme," as was said in the Rockets seminar clip.

^ Basically he meant to say limiting factor

No, I think he said what he meant to say, but using 'factor' fits and is less confusing for us. I still don't see how that makes him full of it though. If the analogy is part of the process he's teaching and there's a point to it within that, then what's the problem? As long as the staff understood it, there's no harm done.

Good to hear, Dwight always had trouble getting into a deep squat during his warm ups. It's great to see him getting healthier.

I think Dwight will always have an issue with a deep squat. Look at his limb lengths, he's built like a spider - really long limbs and a really short torso. I train a bunch of high level VB players and every one with this build has an issue squatting deep. A lot of them have hip issues too and I think this stems from having the smaller hip muscles control these really long limbs in space.

Btw, thanks for posting this. It's cool to see what people are doing out there

I think it's definitely harder for him, but he's pretty much on his toes when he does it, so he should have some range available there to tap into, even if he never gets completely ass to grass.

Our star player is losing his hips?

No star player should have to lose their hips at this age.

You should refer them to my office.

Looks like he's been training at P3 this summer, as well. Still looks a little stiff, but he's getting there..
