http://www.cnn.com/2014/09/10/us/us-jerry-jones-sex-assault-allegation/ I know the majority of CF are die hard Cowboy haters, but this can possibly be big news. I wonder if its a diehard fan trying to get rid of Jones. As both Cowboys and Texans fan, I hope Jones gets booted like Sterling from the Clippers. Jones is the main problem with the Cowboys organization and as long as he is the owner, the Cowboys will continue to die a slow death.
I thought about the football forum, but i figured this one could go in either one. Besides....I'm a little rusty. It's been awhile..
Why would you want Jones gone? His ego guarantees that the cowboys will be mediocre, which is a good thing!
Yeah this is bad for us. We want Jerry to stay for as long as he can. Guaranteed mediocrity for the Cowgirls
Yea...step down, Jerry. Then, we are stuck with Stephen Jones...who is basically exactly like Jerry in how they approach things as he learned from Jerry. Jerry would do GM duties from a prison cell I'm sure if it came down to it.
2009 incident? I'm not saying that makes her story less believable, but I think it makes her case weaker in the courts (civil and criminal both).
Best comment I saw regarding this story yesterday on yahoo.. "I hope is lawyers defense is better than his teams"
Some of us are both Cowboys AND Texans fans and would like both teams to be good. In what world did you get that Stephen and Jerry are "basically exactly" alike? Dude, there may not be a world of difference but there are still some differences. One acts like a buffoon and the other doesnt. Plus, just for a recent issue that illustrates their difference, check again as to who wanted to draft Johnny Football(Understandable given Manziels talent, not understandable given that a greater media presence is not what that team needs) and who didn't want to draft Manziel. Stephen wouldn't exactly be the greatest if he took over but man it would still be a relief.
In what world did you get that someone could possibly be "both Cowboys AND Texans fans"?!?!? We REAL Texans fans only love the TEXANS. Impossibru!
Completely off topic, but how did "Statue of Limitations" not become a nickname for Matt Schaub? Did anyone coin that? I'd like to think I made that up.
