wtf? That's messed up. He shouldn't have been sent to jail in the first place for that charge. Give him community service and fine him $1000. Now he might even be scarred for life for that traumatic experience...

only possible silver lining is that he can sue the state for mistreating him in prison, but that's absurd what happened to him.

    That's ****ed up.

The fact that people get their panties twisted over his pics is hilarious. He's a kid just acting like a kid.

He doesnt deserve to get his ass kicked or be thrown into jail.

I think I agree on the jail part. Getting his ass kicked helped him out for sure.

That didn't deserve jail time. Anyways reminds me of that illegal scheme with the juvenile and judge.

I lost my iphone at a Rockets game in San Antonio. Phone was about to die, and we were exiting the stadium. Either somebody pulled it from my small jacket pocket in the exiting crowd or it fell to the ground as I put my jacket above my head when the rain started outside. Noticed it was gone just a moment later, retraced my steps and had no luck finding it and no answer from calls or texts.

11 months later, I get a text from a random number saying he had my iphone in San Antonio. He buys phones off craigslist, fixes them up with new batteries etc and resells them. He bought a dead iphone, put a new battery in, and was shocked to see that it had not been wiped of its memory- it was mine. I could've played hardball, that "it's stolen property, give me my phone back, I don't have to pay what you paid for it" but it seemed like such a courteous act to go out of his way, and he surely didn't have to tell me. So I went with a friend to SA, told him I didn't want to pay the extra amount of money for the battery (because I was hesitant about him trying to make money off me) just $100 for the phone, but when I met him (and omg he was HOT, but probably a spurs fan) he gave me the battery included anyways. He most definitely took a loss in money to get that phone back to me and with a battery. Such a nice gesture, I'll never forget.

Where was my phone for those 11 months? I'll never know. Such an act of kindness, but if he hadn't returned the phone to me, I don't think he should've gone to jail! That's a little much, and I absolutely hate stealing. Community service maybe. Plus, my iphone savior was too pretty for jail :p
