How much trade in value do you get for an old 360??? I'm guessing less than $50? Better to just keep the old system because they do go up in value. If you don't believe me, go look up an NES system on ebay right now.

you still get $100 even for a old 360 (even 20GB HD) so long as its working. Dont think you even have to have all the cables, powerbrick and stuff....again so long as its working and you are trading in to upgrade for the xbox one, you get the $100

where do they let you trade in the 360?

 

the microsoft store does it...certain best buys also do it, although with best buy i think its only the new slim 360's not the older ones.

 

Pretty good. Thanks for sharing. Still not low enough for me since I rarely play video games (I don't even own a system). I'll check back for Black Friday and if it's real good - like $250-300 for a system and a game or two, I might bite.

OMG I didn't know I could do that... $100 for my elite 360? Ugh, but I've had it since day 1 elite came out..... But its $100 dollars...... Man pull up you have put me in a tough spot.... :/

 

Didn't think Microsoft was that desperate to boost its putrid sales of the Xbox one.

 

So backwards compatibility is totally out of the question, right? I'm reluctant to trade in my 360...

 

Microsoft can do whatever they want to sell Xbox One's.... They sold 5 million and has been released in less countries than PS4's 10 million worldwide.... The gap is not as wide as PS4 wants it to be or PS4's owners and fanboys think it is.... Xbox is clearly throwing deals left and right just to try and get their console and games into homes.... The other one aint doing $hit..... Xbox for the W....

 

I might have played my PS3 slim 4 or 5 times. The Destiny game looks so incredible that I might get back into the game. I was thinking about buying the PS4. Is one better than the other?

 

You are gonna get so many opinions...... Some are gonna say PS4 some are gonna say One..... I'm getting the Xbox One because of Halo and because it is overall a better more refined product with better support/features and games that appeal to me..... Research both, and see which one you rather have.
