We know fitz sucks. But with a good running game, solid d, and good receivers we can still win. Get over it already.
Didn't think Cushing had a good game, but the offensive line was stuffed on several occasions. Foster had no where to go.
Not surprising... Cush will lead in other ways til he get's his feet back under him... If he can just stay injury free thru the first half of the season, watch out from there.
Ryan Fitzpatrick is nothing but a good back up quarterback. We need a real starting quarterback that can turn things around. And that's fact not an opinion. No, I don't hate Fitzpatrick is just he's not an elite or that Quarterback that can lead us to glory. And it's a shame because we have a very good defense and a decent offense and is all getting to waste because of the QB position. I hope we can trade for an elite QB or find a miracle in Mallett or Tom Savage. But Fitzpatrick is not the answer. I hope he proves me wrong but I don't see nothing especial in him. But he's a good back up quarterback.

This. I guess if someone is under the impression that Fitz is supposed to be our next franchise QB then I guess I could understand why they'd be critical. But he wasn't brought in to be that guy, and if people don't realize that then that's their fault and they really need to reevaluate their expectations. Fitz did what he was brought in to do. He managed the game and didn't turn the ball over. Oh, and we won the game. He did what he was asked to do. Hard to get upset about that. Unless you're a dumbass.

Missed the final 8 min or so, because of the crazy storm that pushed through Houston. The bar (the pub @ the fountains) only had Directv, and of course that went out. We should have just stayed at my place to watch on my projector.
