They're pretty damn good. The jalapeno have the seeds removed and I believed they're pickled so the heat level is pretty low
So are vegetables, fruits, grains, beans, nuts, natural salts and spring waters.... I think i'll go with those options for my mineral needs instead of gauging out cow eyeballs lol
Lol, chances are no matter how healthy you eat you'll still get some sort of genetic disease or skin cancer, etc. Go for it OP. It was alright when I tried it.
Diet soda's won't help you lose weight, dropping soda's entirely will. If anybody wants to lose weight, it's simple, 2 things. 1. Only drink water. 2. Only eat vegetables, fruits, seeds, mushrooms, nuts, rice, beans. I personally am a vegan, I think it's healthy, and I personally couldn't eat animals. But if you're not wanting to be a vegan, that's fine. You have to eat healthy meats, and in small quantities though. You know the difference between a little steamed chicken with a plate of vegetables/rice, and then a KFC meal or a mcdonalds burger. You do that and then just watch ten's of pounds of fat drop off within months, if you're a big guy, up to a hundred within a year. Seriously, you buckle the **** down and take control of your diet with no exceptions, and you'll lose all the weight you want. Here's the things, it won't be just a diet, it will be your permanent diet, because the second you stop eating healthy you will gain all your weight back. Soda, pizza, fast food, ice creams, cereal, donuts, fries, cake, candy, chips, processed foods, artificial foods, loads of processed sugar, loads of processed salts are absolutely unnatural to our bodies and are completely detrimental to both our physical and mental health. Lets not forget about pills and pharmaceutical drugs, the sedentary life style, always being indoors, vitamin D deficiency, water and air chemical pollution, sleep deprivation, this **** will kill you, make you fat, sick and depressed. /rant lol Sorry I get carried away when talking about health.
Or you can just subscribe to everything in moderation. Personally, I find that lifestyle you described as a horrible way to live. Just like eating crap everyday is a horrible way to live. Find a nice balance, limiting yourself your entire life is not worth the maybe 10 years you gain over the avg life expectancy.
Your post doesn't even seem to address the idea of an active lifestyle, which overall is far more important than eating kale and water and watching TV all day.
Yes I did, noting that the "sedentary life style" and "staying indoors all day" as being detrimental to health was my way of saying people need to get out and move more.
That's just like, your opinion man. In my opinion, my lifestyle is great, I have enjoyed eating healthy, getting out and active, not being drugged out, or sleep deprived. The things I have cut out my life are only things that harm the human body and mind, I don't see how one can say that avoiding detrimental choices in life is a "horrible way to live". Why should I want to moderate unhealthy choices into my life?
It seems like a decent watch. Will give it a go sometime. However going by calories and IIFYM alone will not make for a healthy human in the long term. HDL/LDL and body wt are not the only indicators of health. It isn't about "if I do this I won't have to worry about cancer". Rather it's about feeling good with and from what you eat. The modern diet is a freak mix of imbalance and fads. The phrase "Eat not too much, mostly vegetables" seems lost on the public. What most people don't seem to get is that healthy eating is a habit, and it is a lifelong and rewarding process. The process by which McD's make their food is quite disgusting. Bottom line is this: understand the what/where/how's of your food, then make you own opinion of whether or not to eat it.
Oh, well... that explains that... I'll make sure to enjoy a nice juicy steak later in the day in your honor...
Exactly. I'd rather enjoy my life and live in moderation than be a prick who preaches healthy living and misses out on some good things. As long as you're active and don't over do it you'll be fine.
