I am curious to see how Blind will do with Man U. Geving (for some reason i excpect you to be british), what do most United fans think about that signing. I was a huge fan of Blind when he played with Groningen (i really wanted Feyenoord to get him). But I did not think he would develop so much (I thought he would be a good eredivisie player, but i thought he would be to slow for the european top competitions).

Yeah, I've made my point clear. So I'll leave him alone. Tbh, I haven't watched him a lot. Don't watch many eresdivisie games. So my impression is from the world cup, what I read about him and some highlights. But it's impossible to judge from highlights. I don't think many fans are thrilled about this signing. Think of him as too slow, not mobile enough. It's a though league with high tempo. Man Utd have been lacking in central midfield for years, so most people were screaming for a big name like Vidal, but I heard he collapsed during training for Chile just now. And might need another knee surgery. So the alledged concerns Man Utd had about his knee looks to be legit. I trust LvG, he used the tour and the last few weeks to judge his options in the squad, and brought him in because he would be useful. He knows everything there is to know about Blind so I'm positive. Hopefully it allows him to change to a back four and play 4-2-3-1, 4-4-2 diamond, or 4-3-3, where Blind can protect the back four from a holding position in midfield. You probably know more about him than me. So any insight would be appreciated.

I'm a bit new to the sport and to being a Reds fan and I've noticed that Liverpool fans and supporters have a bad reputation and I have no idea why? Can anyone explain?

And as a result all English clubs were banned from European competitions for 5 years. So a lot of missed revenue, and also missing out on getting top players who wanted to play in European competitions. Not a very endearing moment for the Liverpool supporters.

Did I miss something? I didn't find any EPL games on TV this morning. Admittedly, I went to the gym early..but by the time I got back, there wasn't any on. And I don't see a game on NBC this morning.
