    RT Derek Newton
    RG Brandon Brooks
    C Chris Meyers
    LG Ben Jones
    LT Duane Brown

TE Garrett Graham.....although CJ Fiedorowicz gets the snaps when they need an extra blocker a lot more often.

I have a feeling the rook will play a bit. No way the early second rounder doesn't get some PT over Ben Jones.

When I was listening to his press conference sound, I was thinking he even tried to copy tom brady's style of speech a little bit.

^and yes, I'm basically saying he's going to be tom brady.

Texans are going to the superbowl!

I was weird they played him at LT in the last preseason game. I guess to prep him in case Brown goes down, but, he ought to be playing G.

WR1 DeAndre Hopkins Keshawn Martin Damaris Johnson
    LT Duane Brown Jeff Adams
    LG Ben Jones Xavier Su'a-Filo
    C Chris Myers Ben Jones
    RG Brandon Brooks Xavier Su'a-Filo
    RT Derek Newton Tyson Clabo
TE Garrett Graham C.J. Fiedorowicz Ryan Griffin
    WR2 Andre Johnson DeVier Posey
QB Ryan Fitzpatrick Ryan Mallett Tom Savage
RB Arian Foster Alfred Blue Jonathan Grimes Ronnie Brown
    FB Jay Prosch

They played him all over, even some at Center. I don't know if it was the purpose behind it all, but X said that he thought playing LT was helping him play Guard because it made him more aware of what the Tackle was doing.

Is that why the receive had to break stride and practically wait on the ball?

Pretty sure it's situational. Blue excels in areas that Grimes does not and vice versa. I do think though that if Arian gets hurt then Grimes will start.

If that doesn't temper the unrealistic expectations some have placed on Mallett then I don't know what will

So much for the idea that BOB and Godsey were just dying to get their hands on Mallett.

I think this was simply them acquiring someone they were more comfortable with as the backup than Keenum, not them going after a guy they think can be the starter for this team.

Man I would have definitely been excited for Barkley.

    What a bummer.

7th for Mallett? I would have done 6th for Barkley.

Why are you judging him cause its rumored he once did drugs? He's a member of the team, who cares about what he did before he was drafted. He wasn't brought here to be the savior, they're still going to draft a qb first in the draft next year. He's here just in case Fitzy gets hurt. I don't see how judging someone off a rumored past mistake can project how he can play the qb position.
