Should I start RGIII or Andy Dalton (going against BAL) for week one? Who do you see scoring more fantasy points? League is standard, no PPR, and -2 points for interceptions.
I say Andy Dalton hands down! I know it sounds a little homer of me, but I just think our front 7 is going to give RG3 a lot of fits.
I wouldn't touch that trade. Cam Newton has a ton more "upside" than Steven Jackson does. Steven Jackson is all but guaranteed to not play more than 12 games this season, and they've brought in more talent in the backfield to replace him. Personally I'd hold onto Cam.
I have the same two options in one of my ppr leagues. I'm thinking about benching RGIII for Dalton as well. Baltimore's D will more than likely rebound this season but that secondary is still pretty patchy with Webb coming off major injury and Jimmy Smith the only lock down guy they have. I'm going with Dalton.
I'd start Bryant (Obviously), Decker against the Raiders, and Torrey Smith. In Kubiak's offense, along with his rapport with Flacco, he should see a ton of targets.
Reed or Miller (PPR)? Washington has a lot of weapons, a crappy scheme, and a lost QB facing Watt. Antonio Brown will be covered by Haden, Miller & Wheaton probably get the looks, but Miller is older than God.
Standard scoring. Pick one (and please give an explanation): CJ Spiller vs Chicago Chris Johnson vs Oakland Trent Richardson vs Denver
I would slightly lean CJ Spiller, because of his breakaway ability, he's got a shot to get a few long runs against a recently bad defense. Chris Johnson is a very close 2nd though, because he's looked pretty good in the pre-season, and is going against the terrible Raiders. But of course with Chris Johnson comes inconsistency, so Spiller is probably "safer" this week. As for the last guy......I would never start Trent Richardson again until he proves himself worthy, or is playing against LSU.
I receive: Peyton Manning, Adrian Peterson, Rob Gronk, Roddy White I send: Adrian Peterson, Tom Brady, Pitta, Andre Johnson, Wes Welker. My new roster would be: Manning Foster Ball Roddy White Alshon Jeffery Gronk Thanks!
I think you receive Arian instead of Adrian, correct me if I'm wrong. I would not make that trade too many question marks on the players you're receiving for the benefit of upgrading your QB and TE position. And even then one of those question marks will be your TE. I say stand pat with Brady, Peterson, and Johnson as your money players. Welker will be back after his bye so it's only a 3 game loss as I see it.
Ah I see. I don't own him in any leagues so I figured it would be 4 weeks but yes 4 "games" makes more sense. Even still, I wouldn't make that trade, he's also got Alshon to lean on for WR scoring.
I think you have to choose between the lesser of 2 evils. Mike Wallace and his disappointment being alone on Revis Island, or Randall Cobb getting the 2nd corner against the Super Bowl champs. I'd go Cobb without hesitation, for the simple fact that you can't let Jordy affect who else you start. Randall Cobb is light years better than Mike Wallace regardless of you else you have starting. (Just my opinion). Go with Cobb.
