When the thread first started, I thought the OP might be a pretty cool cat. As the thread progressed, it quickly became apparent that OP is anything but. I'm 99.9% sure OP's roommate feels the same way.

So haven't seen my roommate the past couple of days as she's always been in her room. At work today I get a random message from her. "Hey I'm sorry if I have been rude and dismissive with you in the past. Okay so i'm not quiet sure what's going on with you. I notice that you seem to be sneaking in and out of the house and it makes me feel a little uncomfortable.. We're cool, I don't have any issues with you - to be honest, I backed off a bit to avoid all the questions people started asking about us, if we're seeing each other etc I understand we all live together but speaking for myself, I need my space. This is how I operate in general - not just with you. I come home to relax and not to report my every move (sorry to sound harsh) I don't want you to feel uncomfortable in the house either so I hope you understand what I'm saying and we can move on." 1) I don't understand what you're saying 2) Apparently going to a 24 hour gym and closing the doors quietly as not to wake them up after they've gone to bed is 'sneaking around'. 3) Does she honestly think we're cool? I'm pretty sure things aren't cool and it's awkward as hell. 4) Since when is asking "hey what did you get upto tonight?" when she walks in the door at 10:40pm after work an interrogation? And I picked the roommate I'm still cool with up from the train station earlier tonight and she told me the other roommate was 'so appreciative' of the flowers and couldn't believe I remembered she'd said that, and made her question why she's being so rude to me. There's no correlation between her message to me and what she told the other roommate. lolololol. Women.
After eleven pages of none sense, we finally figured it out. She's just being a woman. Just kidding. OP, we've been telling you that!
Got back from the 4chan thread about JLAW. Definitely not the type of law I was thinking, but boy it wasn't bad! JK. Anyways, I just read the entire thread, my goodness. OP you seem like a nice guy, a bit insecure, since you need to contact this girl and get an answer from her. But other than that, you're fine. Women are women, they understand each other, and they hate each other. Leave it be, don't try to figure anything out. Rail and bail all the women you want who aren't your roommates. Enjoy life.
