If anything, it would be likely that he either knows someone in the Rockets org., or he knows someone who knows someone within the org.. Wouldn't make sense for him to have sources in all these different organizations. Patience. Take what he says with a grain of salt, a kosher-sized grain, and move forward through the offseason. It's only 4 weeks away from training camp. We have FIBA World Cup to enjoy...if you like watching teams get beat by 60 or so. And something may or may not go down, but either way we have two dominant players and a couple of promising ones. We have a great GM, and a great owner. It's difficult, I know. Last season left a bad taste in everyone's mouth. It could not have ended worse, IMO. But we knew the first year was going to be a little difficult, James and Dwight needed time to mesh. They have. Sure but the actual, proven source here has thrown serious doubts about his rants and it's ignored by people desperate for some salve to fix the burn that has been this offseason. I posted a list of significant, yet easily verifiable, reasons to doubt him, but cyberx disputing his claims should be reason enough. And I'm not even close to the only one questioning his statements, in fact most of the people knowledgeable about how NBA transactions work have been throwing salt in his game since be posted the extension garbage. It's just that they have abandoned this thread.
The point was that there is no reason to get all upset about it. It's the offseason. There is NOTHING to talk about. Take it with a grain of salt, and ponder the possibilities. Because what ELSE is there to do? The only reason you should be upset is that he is giving is "information" in a thread supposedly designated for Cyber specifically. But who cares? Cyber can't provide enough info on a regular basis to make this at all interesting. If you have more faith in Cyber, than take his content more seriously. Ignore plowman if you think he is FOS.
