Um... so you go on about how great the 360's interface is compared to the PS3, then when someone comes on and gives you reasons why it isn't, your response is, "well, I don't really use it anyway?"

It's been up for the past 2 days is my understanding. I could be wrong, I was playing Diablo3 last night (couch co-op), but couldn't check my friends list. I did have some gifts from friends waiting for me when I logged in though.

FWIW, I haven't been affected at all. I'm one of those people who has Netflix on all the time in the background, and even when PSN was supposedly down I was still able to do the Netflix thing. Signed on this morning without issues, too. I guess it helps that I don't actually play games online all that much.
They've made some half-baked claims about fighting the good fight to make sure game companies spend their money on upgrading their servers instead of pocketing it all. Of course in reality, they're just being dicks.
Wow. For you Diablo 3 players here... I don't know when 2.1 will hit for consoles, but in my estimation they totally fixed the Monk. With his Monkey King set + Inna's set, I daresay he's my best melee character now. Burst damage on elite packs is bonkers. So you can ignore my earlier post about him being the red-headed stepchild of melee... Wizard got pumped up too. My frost Wizard is waaaaaay improved now. Bravo, Blizzard.
Hrm...I'm playing a wizard now, but my heart was on my monk. Guess I'll switch and pray they patch asap.
I have low level monk and barbarian. The monk seems to be much more powerful. With palm/pull/kick he can clear out large packs very quickly while my barbarian keeps getting his ass kicked.

I guess I should wait to make sure it's not vaporware before trying to form an opinion. They originally were scheduling a beta in Japan for...um...a few months ago I think? That has now been delayed to 2015.
Cool, they actually made a game out of that tech demo they were showing off. Looks nothing like the original videos, but it looks cool. Lol, looks like they're fighting a giant stuffed Thanksgiving turkey at the end. (granted it has 2 sets of legs and arms, but it still looks like a headless chicken)
