That's not the case. But Morey's moves of late have us thinking that's what he has been trying to do. What!!!!!??????? No offense to all of our past tense players resigned... But seriously.... WTF?!?!?
Not necessarily. He may like him for his trade value, and less for his actual contribution to the team. 2013/2014 Dwight and 2013/2014 Faried does not work. Now if Faried can develop a jumper....by all means add him. Faried took 86% of his shots in the paint last year. Dwight took 92%. That won't work with Harden trying to penatrate. I don't doubt what cyberx said. But it leads me to believe one of two conclusions: 1) Either we plan to flip him or use him in a 3 team trade or 2) Morey thinks he can develop as a shooter

Impressive! But IMHO, it wasn't that much more impressive than TJ's best game of the season... <iframe width="560" height="315" src="//www.youtube.com/embed/QvbJUAaUy4o" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> Fareid has a great motor but TJ has more skills. The last play, Faried would not be able to do that even in his dreams
Slightly opens the door.... Sticks head in the door and yells.... "WE SHOULD HAVE KEPT LIN!!!" Slams door and then runs for safety.
im gonna use travelers points from earlier and apply it to TJ. TJ is younger at only 22 years old and playing on rookie contract lol
Faried's a great guy to have as a 20 mpg energy guy off the bench, but his lack of positional flexibility, middling perimeter skills, and defensive limitations depress his value somewhat. Especially on a team like ours. Seems I'm higher on Jones than most.
The one thing that bothers me is that I doubt Phx (or anyone involved) anticipated a unproven Bledsoe balking at the 4/48 offer and things turning so sour. I get the feeling they assumed they'd be able to get together and all would be fine and he'd be their guy. But, obviously according to reports that's far from the case. Seems like if he'd have been happy with their offer and accepted or negotiated a slightly better deal, Plowman's source would be right. Now I'm starting to wonder if things have changed, especially with Suns insider saying they'll trade him at deadline possibly. Without Bledsoe in fold, I see no way they move Dragic. No one could forsee EB not taking Kyle Lowry money.
With AD/Zbo/LMA/Griffin/Dirk all a the 4 position it makes no sense to trade one PF for another who is even more undersized and will command more money then who the Rockets already have.
PHX just denied a Hibbert and cash trade for Dragic. What PLAYER can Houston trade for Dragic because PHX has loads of picks and young talent. Suns want to keep Dragic IMO, Bledsoe is the one on the market.
The Morris bros wil be free agents next year. T. Jones will give them options, ie leverage during contract talks or allow them to maintain their cap flexibility for 2016 free agency.
FWIW, Larry Bird came out and denied they made that offer. Even if true, Hibbert's stock is trash right now. No one is going to touch him right now.
I got the vibe last night Garcia was coming back. Glad it worked out. Morey was happy with what he saw last night.
