GladiatoRowdy is one of the first people they'd murder if they had the chance. But dammit, he'll defend their right to do so until his last breath!

It was a stupid hypothetical that you threw out instead of actually trying to make an argument.

I haven't made any ridiculous statements. If you don't agree with freedom of religion and freedom of expression, perhaps America isn't the place for you.

No, you're one of the first (ex-military).

I'm not defending the rights of anyone but American Muslims. They have just as much a right to follow their religion as a Christian, Jew, Hindu, Buddhist, or acolyte of the Flying Spaghetti Monster.

Ah, you still haven't learned. You responded to a person who was essentially saying, "if you don't believe what I believe, you should get out" by saying essentially "if you don't believe what I believe, you should get out".

I'll give you a moment to process the irony.

Apparently, I'm going to have to give you a good amount of time to understand that I didn't say anything like the above.

I said that if you believe that members of a particular faith should be rounded up and deported, your beliefs go against the very foundation of our country, in the form of the First Amendment. It isn't about what I personally believe at all, it is about what our country stands for.

You should stop posting until you understand this one, simple point.

I find it compelling that between GladiatoRowdy and this Faust guy you are critical of the former when the latter was the one who introduced the concept of expulsion of an entire group of citizens maybe because that expulsion of citizens were Muslim and you felt no need to critisize. Compelling indeed.

I'll give a chance to to process this. Some beliefs are more valid and morally superior than others. He stated that someone who doesn't believe in freedom of religion doesn't deserve the status of American citizen. Reasonable in my eyes.

Actually, Nazism is a political ideology, having nothing whatsoever to do with religious beliefs.

Islam is a religion, which is completely distinct and separate from a political ideology.

You should study more until you understand the difference.

Really? The Crusaders who followed the orders of the Pope to kill those who didn't believe in Christ would disagree.

So it is OK for Christians to kill the "pagans or enemies of Christ," but not OK for Muslims to kill "infidels."

    Hypocrisy, thy name is faust.

Forgive me if I don't take spelling lessons from the person who apparently doesn't know the difference between "your" and "you're."

Bullsh!t. Most Muslims are law-abiding, peaceful people who don't give a rat's a$$ what religion others practice. What idiot told you otherwise? Show your source.

ill admit i didn't go to fancy schools like some of you guys. all i do is watch the news and listen to people around me. what i see is one ideology making the world a bad place. look at europe. i heard even those people who are socialists are starting to wake up and see the threat from moslems.

Against my better judgment I'll assume you aren't trolling and actually respond. You probably have no experience with Muslim Americans. In general they keep their faith to themselves more than Christian Americans. This is coming from a guy who left Islam because he believes the ideology is inherently violent. I've never met a Muslim proselytizing. I've met countless Christians who have. Majority of Muslim Americans left their native land because of fear of persecution. As someone who has extensive experience with the American Muslim community, I have a more valid opinion than yours.

You sound like a YouTube commenter BTW... Not a compliment.

It doesn't take a fancy school to become educated about the world around you. It would serve you well to stop listening to liars and actually look up factual information instead. The people who are feeding your opinion to you are lying through their teeth and you don't seem to care that your opinion doesn't match reality in any way.

If what you mean by "the news" is Fox "News," then that is the single biggest part of your problem.

That's your problem. The people around you are dumb. I would suggest forming your own opinions through your own research and extend a hand to a Muslim American and understand who they really are.

Some of them surely would. The government sure is worried about all of the Westerners who have been going over to fight with ISIS.

Most American muslims don't bother me, and I'm not one who thinks they should all be deported. As long as they don't practice a literal interpretation of the Koran most of them are just normal people. That said, the muslim community in America has failed to police itself and has allowed some elements to radicalize, and those elements need to be dealt with.
