It's possible, though I'd be surprised if it dragged out that long. The Bledsoe situation is complicated. I don't think the holdup is getting the 5th year, as PHX is the only team that could offer it (either now or next year if untraded). If they won't give him that extra year, then no one will. So the real issue is $12 million vs. $14.7 million. The difference comes out to $15 million over the life of the contract. I'm actually starting to wonder if PHX is ok with Bledsoe taking the QO. If he improves and consistently performs at a "mini-Lebron" level, then they can still throw the most money at him next year. In fact, since both Dragic and Bledsoe have relatively small cap holds next year, it's entirely possible that they go after one or two free agents next summer and give both Bledsoe and Dragic max contracts. My guess is they are targeting BOTH LMA and Marc Gasol.

For all we know, Plowman can be best friends with Bledsoe and he told him this is going to happen. No one doubt anyone, you never know.
Plow is real... But what all of you have to understand is that they get information and unfortunately that info can change tomorrow... But that has nothing to do with their credibility...
