You don't have to be Nastradamus to know that No cops get convicted/ any real time for murdering a black man Hell Oscar Grant was in handcuffs .. . his murderer is walking the street You act like their is a REAL JUSTICE system in this country . .. . not for black people their isn't Rocket River
Next time you all mention 9/11 I will remind you how you shouldn't talk about terrorist when you have all this white on white crime going on (84% of all crimes against white people are done by white people) Rocket River
You do yourself a disservice by painting everyone with the same brush. I think the mother right now is grieving over the loss of her son and not thinking how to capitalize on her loss. Maybe that changes down the road, but to immediately assume the mother is after "stacks of gold" is indecent.
You know what's indecent? What the state police captain said: The media reporting half truths creating the hostile environment. The ferals ruining their town. The witnesses who lied to the police. This whole case turning into one big race issue. The political figures involved in this. Decency in this case, with me, went out the window a long time ago.
meh, I thought Zimmerman deserved to get charged, he was definitely in the wrong in a much more ambiguous case, especially considering Trayvon Martin was doing nothing and Zimmerman was the one instigating the whole thing causing someone to die. This case is a lot more clearcut in my opinion. I think at most this is an excessive use of force, but most likely he did what he had to do to defend from a much bigger man physically attacking him with no backup. Maybe I'm narrow minded, but in my opinion, you do not physically assault a much smaller police officer when it's not for self defense, and you should definitely not reach for his gun, if you do those two things, there should be no complaining you get shot dead
Zimmerman was walking behind Trayvon, in a public place - legal Zimmerman even called the police on Trayvon, which most criminals don't do, to report suspicious activity - legal Trayvon was a suspicious person in a suspicious place at a suspicious time. A law enforcement officer would have been able to detain him, with information he could articulate. Zimmerman did nothing unethical, immoral or illegal. Trayvon could have easily outran fat Zimmerman (if he wasn't intoxicated), but chose to CONFRONT a man who was doing NOTHING illegal.
I'm not going to delve into that conversation. it has been beaten to death and I probably won't convince you of anything. Let's just say if it was a police intead of Zimmerman, Trayvon would be alive today. but that has nothing to do with the topic at hand
Police also told him not leave his car, multiple times. But i guess he saw a 16 year old thug, n he had to go after him, Trayvon was running away from him, but he caught him in the middle of the houses or w/e it was. I would run 2, if some1 was following me for no reason.
Leaving car - legal A dispatcher isn't go to say, "yea follow that suspicious man". Liability. Trayvon could have easily outran him. End of discussion
Because referring to people as "ferals" carries no racial undertones as you claim the media is driving that narrative...
I don't care what your race is. If you're an out of control idiot like the morons in MO, you're a feral.
You need to read the facts, son. I saw you post earlier that Brown got shot in the back. That's a lie -- read the autopsy report. Then you claim the police told Zimmerman not to leave his car -- that's a lie. It was the non-emergency dispatcher. Zimmerman had a right to pursue.
I usually give the police the benefit of the doubt in cases like these, and say wait for the trial and evidence to all come out (I think Zimmerman should have been acquitted, for example). But based on what has been reported so far, this shooting does not appear justified to me. Unless you have strong evidence of a serious felony being committed, you do not shoot at a fleeing suspect. You do not shoot at a fleeing suspect unless he represents a threat to the community. And when someone tries to surrender, you stop shooting. I understand that you shoot to end the threat - and that means you don't do warning shots, you don't shoot them in the leg or the shoulder or some BS like that, it means you fill them full of lead with center mass - kill shots - as your point of aim. But once they are on the ground, and once they are throwing their empty hands up, it's over - you stop shooting. By pretty much all eyewitness accounts, the cop involved did not do that. That is going to be *awful* hard to explain in court. There are some things that don;t make sense. How does a small cop grab a 6'4" man by the throat from inside of a vehicle? That makes no sense unless the large man was bending into the window - meaning Brown may have been the aggressor. Still, the circumstances don't require a lethal response in my opinion. I understand that the guy was huge and the cop not so huge, and the cop likely feared for his safety at some point, but once Brown turned away and ran any lethal option should have been off the table at that point. I suspect that the cop simply panicked and lost his head for a few seconds. Unfortunately, a few seconds is all it takes for a lethal, tragic, and monumental mistake to be made. Other information might surface at some point that changes my opinion, but at this point this doesn't appear to be a justifiable homicide on the cop's part, and if the PD is stonewalling then there should be hell to pay for it. That said, the response by the police has been unimaginably bungled in almost every way, and the behavior of the protesters has been less than stellar. If you're looting and breaking shiite, you're doing it wrong.
This random caller talking about what happened sounds dumb. Even though we don't know what happened she saying Brown told him you won't shoot him smh
Illegal drugs found in Mike Brown's body http://www.washingtonpost.com/news/...t-from-the-front-had-mar1juana-in-his-system/
It's not really a shocker that someone who robs convenience stores for swishers would have weed in their system.
