[Preseason Game 2] Texans vs Falcons

Time to give Fitz a contract extension and lock him up long term. Obviously we have found our QB.

 

i think this is a successful game, even if we lose. they got their swag back, they know what they can do and how it feels to work as a team.

Fitzpatrick looks worlds better than last week. Playing against reserves helps.

Hard to imagine Savage as the future.

Secondary playing better than last week, but how could they play worse?

Missing extra points is not cool. The Rice guy may be gone.

The Texans actually look somewhat motivated and the "stars" didn't play.

Wow! Totally unexpected good first half except for the penalties. At least the penalties were not so much of the bone-headed type, but more of a change or emphasis on defensive holding from the refs. Fitz looked pretty decent but I'm not getting my hopes up. T'was good to see martin and Posey step it up a little, for a change.

 

I really liked that BOB put Fitz back in for the 2 min drive. VERY unexpected move.

 

Game looks too fast for Savage right now.

 

I hope to the the Texans' D force a turnover at some point.
