I still do t understand why the US can't move - both in police force and via public gun restriction laws, to no guns. Instead use debilitating but non deadly weapons. Worst case scenario here the kid is meaningfully injured and in the hospital for a bit, but still alive. That aside, this debate is moronic. Ferguson police is clearly an incompetent bunch, seemingly racist, and, absent 100% definitive proof one way or another we can't be clear what happened, but it appears at last the kid was murdered. Perhaps there will be definitive proof that comes out.

I get that. From what I've read, it sounded like there was a scuffle at the door when Wilson approached Brown. Dash camera audio should be able to corroborate that. As for the shooting, witnesses say Brown had his hands up and was yards away from Wilson. I read approximately 8 shots were fired and Brown was hit multiple times. I can't say for sure that Wilson shot Brown while they were wrestling for his gun. That's why I'd like to hear dash cam audio to corroborate the officer's story and what witnesses say that happened.
And Mike went to the morgue with multiple holes from being shot. Not sure you can one is worthy of the other...unless your just trolling...
Deadly force is justified in more instances than what many realize. If he raised his hands, he wasn't a threat and shouldn't have been shot any more. Hopefully the facts will come out.
iunno, I've never been in a situation where a guy that big is pounding on my face, I don't know how one would react. but police are suppose to show more restraint than a normal person. either way, we don't know what happened exactly, I feel like it's gonna be one of those Trayvon Martin thing where we will never find out.
?? Zimmerman stood trial and when all the facts were presented, a multi-racial jury of his peers acquitted him. Here we are a year later and we've got the same ignorant people (not you) jumping to the same ridiculous conclusions about this case. Some people just don't learn.
Brown was a POS. Feel no special remorse for him. Still shooting needs to be properly investigated and consequences accordingly. The family attorney isn't helping.
Or, if you're black, organize and plan your rallies in advance, work with the government to get permits and preempt any possible disruptions or conflict with local businesses or private properties, and prioritize a lack of arrests or incidents as much as you would "making a statement." Try to think as much about the next 20-30 years you'll have to live and work with this people as you do about the last 400 years of Jim Crow police stops.
