This! LOL. Seriously dude, you are going to let your girl ruin what she has for t*** (I take it they are small and she is insecure about it) by finding a cheap Dr. to do it? Perhaps you could tell her that her t*** are fine and she doesn't need it? If she insists, perhaps tell her she needs to wait until you can actually afford it?

You don't just let your girl to get a half ass boob job and not expect problems. They do require keep up for the rest of her life as well from what I have heard.

 

When girls get boobs they tend to get more confidence and dump whatever dude they had before in search of a better one to match their better hooters.

 

Tell her to go work at the T and earn them.

 

After cancer, my wife's breasts were rebuilt by Dr. Pierre Chevray and he did AN AMAZING JOB! (sorry - no pics ). He rebuilt them using her belly fat, not implants, but the implants were an option we could have done.

I don't know if he does breast enhancement for non-cancer-related patients.... and he's pretty expensive (insurance paid for my wife's, thankfully). But it can't hurt to call.

Major surgery where you are put under anesthesia to have your body significantly altered with plastics inserted permanently into your body is not where you want to save your money. You most likely get what you pay for.
