If you're living in suburban America and posting on the internet, yea. Not if you're living in, say. Gaza.
I always felt he was generational comedian and a genius on the level of others like Pryor and Carlin. Look at his improv skills, I have seen very few if any match his ability: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tzKcHHKiXbM
I hadn't seen it in a while until last night then as it was starting I remembered what it was about. Very emotional movie.
Not sure if this has been posted, but Zelda Williams wrote a beautiful good bye for her dad last night: http://gawker.com/robin-williams-da..._source=gawker_facebook&utm_medium=socialflow And then she deleted her instagram and Twitter account because of trolls: http://gawker.com/trolls-drive-robin-williams-grieving-daughter-off-twitt-1620709147 People can be cruel
One of his friends in an article said he dreaded having to reprise his Mrs. Doubtfire role in a sequel that would start filming later this year and he hated doing sequels in general...which is kind of weird considering he just finished the 3rd installment of "Night at the Museum". But, apparently from what the friend says, Robin was having to take roles in films and the TV role he recently had strictly because of money troubles and not because he wanted to. He just needed a paycheck. It sounds like that was adding to his overall misery.
Since this thread's now in the crapper, I guess I'll call you out Mr Swoly. Next time you try to derail a thread by playing thought-police, do it in a thread where you're not getting in the way of people's heartfelt discussion. "A person has passed away. Offer condolences, man." The irony is killing me. Looks like playing cop didn't accomplish anything for you except upset me when I had no bad intentions. Also, if you don't know much about depression except that it means someone is sad, learn more about it. I hope that you and those you love never have to experience it first-hand. Peace.
Spoiler WTH? How is this thread "in the crapper"? LOLs. You were the first to point fingers so I asked you to discuss "People who tend to" do those things somewhere else. I didn't attempt to derail. I offered my deeply felt sorrow for a beloved actor. Lots more people could. How can you let someone's comments on a forum UPSET YOU?!?!? Much less, how can you be so affected when they just simply asked you to discuss the issue somewhere else? *[thread=257560]And when you get it[/thread], ignore it?* Still, let's leave Robin Williams rest in peace. "Peace" to you, too.
Depression, anxiety, and Parkinson's = 3 strikes...you're out That's enough to send anyone over the edge.
