Well the announcers and this video have it wrong... Most guys shoot with their dominant hand.. Dwight shoots his free throws with his right hand. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Oovg7e1r684 <iframe width="560" height="315" src="//www.youtube.com/embed/Oovg7e1r684" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> T_Man
I believe he did not want to stop playing BB after hurting his left hand so started using his right hand and stayed with it. There are a lot of athletes (not just BB) who was done this due to certain circumstances when they were still young.
Oh I understand... Just stating it's interesting on him still shooting free throws with his non-dominant hand. T_Man
.............and now we're reduced to talking about Dwight's free throws. (Somewhere down here we're gonna finally hit rock bottom.)
If Bledsoe signs the qualifying offer to become an UFA next season, how does that effect our plans for Dragic? Do we shift our attention to Bledsoe? Try and trade for him, give PHX some goodies, and hope Bledsoe doesn't bail?
I think if Bledsoe signs that QO he's gone next year... I have a feeling he will have a real bad taste in his mouth... Should be interesting.. T_Man
If he signs the QO (which I highly doubt), then the Suns just have to decide who they want to keep between Dragic and Bledsoe. Both will be unrestricted next year, and I highly doubt PHX is willing to cough up the dough it would take to keep both. One will get traded.
Bledsoe IS NOT signing the QO and PHX is going to do one of two things...Pony up more money to keep him (and send Dragic over) or S&T EB to us.
And one can only be traded if he so approves. It's a sticky wicket for Suns &/or Pistons (&/or any other teams in similar situations) and is the players' recourse under the CBA. The Suns cannot afford to retain both their two primo 1s in walk years IMO.

Also, you'd like to think that there's a happy medium both sides can come to. Bledsoe wants 5 years $85 million. PHX is offering 4 years $48 million. Something like 5 years $70 million seems reasonable to me. Even in the last year of his contract, he's *only* being paid $16 million, which should give PHX plenty of cap flexibility over the duration of his contract (unless he has a significant injury).
