I didn't say it was unopened. Family opened it already. They don't let you return new items once the box is open, which is totally stupid. Best Buy allows you to, not sure why game stop doesn't. They've lost my business and his.

Was it not apparent that there would be a PS4 inside the box labeled "PS4"? Why did he open the box if he did not want it? Conversely, why did he not want it after he opened the box? Was it the smell?

You're doing a real crappy job of selling this item. Why would the family open up the PS4 when it was a gift to the son? Why would they buy it from GameStop when other retailers have a more liberal return policy? Why would you advertise the PS4 as "Brand New" but then says it's been opened? We have no way of knowing if you swapped out the console or not. And honestly, your friend and his family seem like the stupid ones. How hard is it to list items on Craigslist? You're the ultimate troll here. You sold your Xbox because all your friends play with PS4's. Are you now going to tell us you already own a PS4? And what kind of discount is $25? Many reputable eBay sellers have sold a brand new unit for $360 + free shipping. Amazon Warehouse is selling like new units for $355 right now and I'd do business with Amazon over you any day!! At least you get peace of mind with Amazon as opposed to whatever BS you're pulling with your terrible attitude and calling others trolls.
