im not overreacting, the big thing im just wondering is, what is th epoint of having fitzpatrick on this team. hes not in the teams future, hes not servicable, he doesnt even look good enough as a stop gap qb.. he looked timid, made poor descisions, inacurate, and throwing the ball he didnt even look as good as savage. keenum showed much more poise and control.. im really ready to just let keenum stink it up again, fitz serves no purpose here..
Where are the Texans need a pass rush people???? THEY NEED A DAMN QB, and now we get to see Bortles do well in our own division and the media drool over Manziel while the Texans get blown out in the first preseason game, which is honestly the lowest point of this sad organization. Oh but you beat Luck by sacking him, no you beat LUCK by getting another great QB to challenge him. 0-16 Yes We Can - Jameis Winston Watch 2015
Fugly game: -9 1st downs -2 int & a safety -under 200yd total o -13 penalties totaling more than 100yd -sub 18min TOP!!! Its preseason, I get that, but damn this game was discouraging. Really have to dig deep to find anything to feel good about. The only thing that wasn't a complete embarrassment was the running game. But even that didn't result in any kind of ball control given they possessed the ball less than 1/3 the game. Pretty sure it can only get better...really hope it can't get any worse.
You can't crown Bortles yet. I don't care about media drool. So much knee jerk. Its just 1 game that means nothing. This game was a downer for me too. I was hoping for at least a glimmer of hope, but not this week apparently. They will get better as the pieces begin to fit...we are pretty much starting over in a lot of areas. Give it time...
Can we call the older Carr? This sad sad team deserves to be bad. I hope JFF and Bortles destroy the Texans this year. Poor Bob, got conned by the other BOB, just like he got conned by Gary and still being conned by Rick Smith. So sad. He seems like a nice guy. Just not too bright when it comes to football decisions.

Texans passed on 4 legit QBs in the draft this year - Manziel, Bridgewater, Carr, Garoppolo. Texans think they're the smartest guys in the room, but have done nothing to prove it.
