the only bad pass he had was to Blue. made very nice throws, griffin dropped one but the penalty would have negated it had he caught it. He just needs to get better at his hot reads. last year was basically case's rookie year. rookies struggle with the blitz. would like to see case play with the first team.
Yes because the Cardinals were discovering that every single play in their playbook was succeeding agains all the different members of this Texans defense. Obviously things will be different when that unit is intact and RAC decides to bring out the real game-plans against specific offenses. Actually, in general, that's the only "hope" you can take away from things right now... that this coaching staff will be game-planning against specific opponents all season, and until you start to play games that count, they're going to be all over the place as they won't be game-planning against pre-season opponents.
Easily the worst. I don't put much stock in it though. If it looks this way during the third game, I'll be very upset.
The game hasn't changed forever... there will be another future era of ball-control offense that has success.
Also, just the 1st preseason game and it's not like we were playing a scrub team tonight. But no way in hell am I making excuses for Fitzpatrick. Dude couldn't even drop back right.
