Earlier people were claiming that the iron dome could stop 100% of the rockets and that Israel allows a few through on purpose so they can go into Gaza and that the constant rocket attacks aren't really that serious now you're saying they can't even stop 5%? Which is it?

 

I didn't say it, Theodore Postol, MIT professor, expert in weapons systems analysis, claimed that it is doubtful that even 5% of the rockets are intercepted by the iron dome. Yea there's a lot of confusion as to its efficacy but this guy seems quite legit.

 

If he's legit, it just shows how much of a menace the Palestinians really are which gives even more justification to the recent invasion of Gaza.

 

I never believed that 100 pct theory to be the case, the rockets land in Israel, the evidence is there, but the reality is that the rockets are so impotent that the Israeli govt informed it's population that:

If you simply lay flat on the ground, you decrease the chance of being hit by the rocket and it's projectiles by a full 80%.

Postol suggests that the early warming systems via SMS text and the in built shelters in many houses have prevented casualties from occurring.
