Wow highway robbery by the Cavs!! There's nothing that says Wiggins is a star, too much screams T-mac about him, the pick is protected and worth squat, Bennett is a bust and they still have their terrible contracts..they could not even unload one freaking contract?? Warriors really look stupid now.

How long before Thompson and Dion are shopped for a real center to play next to Love (all could have been avoided if they drafted Drummond or Valaciunas).

A feel good story of the NBA feeding an incompetent management with enough top picks until they turn it around.

You probably shouldn't be suggesting people are dumb by backing it up with opinions. There is a lot that says Wiggins can be a star. Bennett has made dramatic improvements in his body and conditioning this off season, it is too early to label him a bust.

Well on the bright side, Morey and Les can drop the whole Kevin Love fantasy and start focusing on actually building a team here. Enough with the third star obsession.

Deal has been done for weeks but the NBA has asked both teams to keep quiet about it. Saw this coming from a mile away. You can't say Bennett is a bust just yet. You have to give him at least one more year. As for Wiggins it is way too early to tell if he is going to be T-Mac or something else entirely. Cavs are probably going to win the East. The only challenge to them are the Bulls maybe. With George and Stephenson gone from the Pacers I don't see how they can compete.

Tristan Thompson is repped by Lebron's friend. He's gonna get a juicy extention by Cavs and Lebron.

Lebron wants Dion to learn to play like Wade and Dion even said he's going to watch a ton of Wade tape this offseason.

It's all in the Simmons podcast from this week

I don't want to get Tinmanned, but if Wiggins turned out to be Tracy McGrady that is an OUTSTANDING return for a player that wanted out. Especially with resident "sometimes insider, normally fantasizer" Basketballhollic was proposing trades that sent spare Rocket parts and mediocre draft picks for Love so the Wolves could have cap space to sign mediocre veterans.

i think its a good deal for twolves. they got the first pick in this years draft, perfect for rebuilding. wiggins has all the tools to be a future star one day. will he, is still remained to be seen.

i mean, what other offers were there? this was the best deal for them moving forward.

It'd be cool if Kyrie and Kevin play a few home games as Uncle Drew and Wes. Maybe LeBron gets in on the act and resurrects Wise from "The LeBrons."

What if the Cavs sent Thompson and Waiters to Detroit for a S&T Monroe?

    Monroe
    Love
    LeBron
    Warm Body
    Irving

    That's a pretty monster team.

Since I said there is nothing that screams star about Wiggins, how do people interpret my words about T-mac in this manner? T-mac was a star, I was just talking about having all the talent in the world and not having the work ethic and coming in as a young player who can defend and is athletic as hell but will end up just focusing on offense.

For the handful of people that don't realize how good this guy is:

Sounds to me like this guy can make his team a perennial playoff team.

Monroe and Love front court? Might as well just give them red capes for the matador defense they'll be playing.

 Irving doesn't play any D either so it's a matchmade in Ole heaven.
