Unless we were only going to pay him the vet's minimum, I don't understand why we would waste cap space on him.

 

Charlie V backed out because he heard the siren call from LeBron, he didn't pass a physical, or for some reason he wanted more than the vet min and those exceptions are being reserved for Sessions/Allen/Emeka.
