But why didn't Love say the Mavs or bust? :(

The best recruiter in the game must not have recruited Love.

Made too much sense for both teams to not have happened. I knew as soon as the Cavs "lucked" into another #1 overall pick this was going to happen regardless of Lebron.

Well you have the western conference with 6-7 teams that can actually make it to the Finals. Whoever makes it, will play the Cavs. So exciting!

But I thought we were going to trade for other teams scraps then flip that for Kevin Love!!! I read that on CF multiple times. Damn.

Man, it's so disheartening as a Rockets fan hearing all this.

A team that was terrible has a chance for redemption. Another team takes away our role player.

And then you have the Rockets, targeting Charlie ****ing Villanueva.

It hurts. Here's hoping the Texans can console us in some way.

Lebron replaced his supporting cast all stars with 2 much younger allstars without making it obvious...Lebron just pulled the ultamite morey. Seriously Irving's 22, Love is 25, Lebron can be competing for chips until he's 36+ with those two at his side.

Great haul for Love. It really shows how LA screwed up by losing Howard for nothing.

This is great news for Houston. Kevin Love isn't suiting up for another Western Conference contender and this likely will get other teams waiting for this conformation to get on with other business (i.e. trades where the Rockets might be a better fit).

Oh btw, it should dawning on everybody that Moreys option are running out fast.

Love and Aldridge are now officially off the market. If Bledsoe accepts QO or is traded else where, Dragic will be off the Market. It's very possible for Milsap to stay in Alanta IMO, leaving us with no free agents to chase except Rondo or bust basically. Morey has to try to pull a trade for either Dragic/Bledsoe/Milsap or Rondo soon or else it's likely we don't end up with **** next off season and then everything would be ****ed.

Well, not to give the Lakers an excuse, but they do have an EGO problem!

    Ricky Rubio/Mo Williams/Jose Barea/Zach LaVine
    Kevin Martin/Andrew Wiggins/Alexey Shved
    Corey Brewer/Chase Budinger/Shabazz Muhammad
    Anthony Bennett/Luc Mbah a Moute/Robbie Hummel
    Nikola Pekovic/Gorgui Dieng/Ronny Turiaf

Nothing disheartening about elite talent leaving the West to go East.

Why? He just leverage his own future by trading away two number 1 picks.

Except Love and Irving are not as good as Wade and bosh were when they signed. Wade is old and broken down now, but he was way better than Kyrie. I think Love is overrated. His supporting cast is not that bad and he couldn't get to the playoffs. The Lowry led rockets were better than the wolves.

They got a great prospect, Bennett and another #1. That's the best haul I have seen for a guy who is leaving in a year, asusming Wiggins pans out.

Wade and Bosh over the last two seasons have not been better than Kyrie and Love. LeBron signed with them in 2010/11. It's not 2014. Players age and get worse. He left a duo on the decline for a younger one. Smart.
