The final roster size is 12. So, 4 more cuts. One of the 4 PGs (Rose, Curry, Lillard and Irving) is likely gone. Out of the 5 more traditional bigs (David Cousins, Plumlee, Faried Drummond), I think 2 will be gone. One of the white SFs (Parsons, Korver, Hayward) will likely be gone. I would have cut Faried or Drummond instead of Millsap. Don't know what the thinking is here.
<blockquote class="twitter-tweet" lang="en"><p>.<a href="https://twitter.com/cnasrollahy">@cnasrollahy</a> There is no Iguodala. I've heard USAB staff thrilled with defense from Harden, Faried. More on that: <a href="http://t.co/9YBJ1i7EtA">http://t.co/9YBJ1i7EtA</a></p>— Chris Sheridan (@sheridanhoops) <a href="https://twitter.com/sheridanhoops/statuses/496700592925200386">August 5, 2014</a></blockquote> <script async src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>
I have no idea how to react to the proposition of Harden being USABB's defensive stopper. Should I laugh, cry, or simply assume the fetal position?
My final roster from the remaining would be Guards -Rose, Harden, Curry, Thompson, Lillard Forwards -Durant, Parsons, Faried, Hayward Centers -Davis, Drummond, Cousins
I don't take the tweet as it saying Harden or Faried are going to be the 'defensive stopper'. The coaching staff is just impressed with Harden and Faried's effort on defense as both players are known for being liabilities on defense. There is no Iguodala on the team but if they can have a team of quality defenders, then they figure to be alright.

You know, to be honest, I don't believe him. You don't come to camp with a starring role locked in, witness an injury like that, and withdraw days later and it's not about Paul George. I don't completely blame him either. But I don't believe him.

I thought it was about the PG injury and not taking the risk but the Love trade could have pissed him off.
