Who is the "Hat Guy"?

    I know this is silly, but you all must know who I am talking about. He's at the Rox games, Spurs, Lakers. Wears wild clothes, big hat, leather pants. HE has long whitish hair. All the players seem to know him, Keith Jones gave him a hug last night pre-game. HE sits courtside...

    I'm just curious who he is. I have made up about 6 or 7 scenarios in my mind, but someone knows the truth. Anybody? Thanks in advance as I have wondered about this for a while.

    He looks like what Tom Petty would look like if he came back in time from 2029.

    My other guess is he is the Creeper from Jeepers Creepers.

    Made most of his fortune in real estate. He now does fashion or something. He's always with models. He's been dubbed the NBA's super fan because he goes to a lot of games.
