    The king slayer chronicles by Patrick rothfuss are scheduled to be turned into a show I think, the books were amazing. Should be the next GoT (though not as good probably)

    One that should be turned into a show is the black magician trilogy by trudi canavan, I think it could suit a wide enough range of viewers

    Timeline by Michael Crichton deserves to be a big budget film. Prey would also be a killer film.

    The Magicians trilogy and The Passage trilogy should be made in to movies or an HBO series.

    Would love to see Tom Clancy's "Red Storm Rising" on the silver screen.

    One of the few of his novels that isn't part of any series of his and still, by far, my favorite.

    Yeah that's why I said "deserves to be a big budget film" That Timeline movie is a straight to DVD release type suck-fest. Timeline should be a huge summer blockbuster film with good actors and such.

    what director would u prefer for said project? I can't think of who would do it how I picture it. Though I don't say it with tons of enthusiasm, maybe the Wachoskis.

    I would like to see Dresden Files as an HBO show. I think they had a go at it once on the SyFy channel but I heard it sucked.

    The Passage was optioned for a movie before even the first book was completed but I don't know what the status is on that now. Still need to finish the second book myself.

    And I really like the first book of The Magicians but couldn't get into the second book. Got a quarter of the way through and haven't been back to it.

    I've only watched Constantine but have never read the comic books so I don't know the scope it covers. But Dresden Files isn't about heaven/hell and angels v demons. It covers the gamut of supernatural and most of them are grey in the area of pure evil versus pure good.
