If Megan Fox's character was the same from Trasformers and this all supposedly happened in the same universe, would that make you want to see it more or less?
I'm just not a fan of a lot of CGI. I can see where it's useful, but too much makes it feel like you're crossing back and forth between a movie and a cartoon, at least to me... So, less..
Well first off, if you would have asked me if the new Batman trilogy looked anything like a Batman film, I would have said no... and thank god it didn't. And how did that trailer not include Ninja Turtle-isms? Michaelangelo says quirky things. Rafael tries to be the tough guy. Splinter has wise things to say. Sounds like the Ninja Turtles to me... I mean yeah, there's some over-the-top action and a lot of CGI, but I'm not exactly going into a Ninja Turtle film looking for a realistic experience.
I hate how the facial expressions are animated. So typical of CGI. CGI really needs a Toon Boom like software of its own. So they can hire the real artists back in there instead of these computer geeks who are creative.

I sure do love trailers that reveal the entire movie! But yeah I dunno. It sort of looks good, but sort of looks like a hot mes. And the snow scenes do look a bit out of place.
I got a free pass to see this early next week. I think I'm going to take a chance and watch this out of curiosity and morbid fascination. It could go either way or both. What's so great about the live action films is the guys in the rubber suit, the humor and fight choreography. The 2007 tmnt movie, I hated the animation and thought it sucked.
The alamo gave me a free pass for next week at Edwards theaters on Weslayan. Where at Saturday? Lucky you!!
did the hire rockets marketing for that poster? in their defense, there is always something blowing up in a michael bay film.
In their defense, that's an Australian poster promotion. I don't find any offense to it. It's a generic building that happens to be exploding. There is no reference to the 9/11 attack at all.
