Okay. Here we are again. Yet another season, but with hopes likely not as high for most. Where do we end up?
I voted 8-8 because it's the middle point of what I think should happen. 6-10 for a bad but not tragic season and 10-6 for a good but not great season.
Just can't see a 100% healthy season from Foster or Andre for that matter. Even if they didn't get hurt I can't see Fitzpatrick leading this team to more than 8 wins. 6-10
I have no clue. We haven't even seen a preseason game yet. After the preseason and a few games of the regular season we all have a better picture. My main concern is QB. I just don't see any upgrade over Schaub which is really scary. Fitzpatrick doesn't exactly strike fear in the hearts of our opponents. When you are not good for ten years, you are probably not good.
Fitzpatrick is going to crash and burn during the season. If he starts off well, don't let that fool you. It will be very tough for the Texans to finish 8-8, much less win the division. I optimistically predict 7-9. The Texans are worse off at the QB position than some people realize.
Texans will be somewhere between 6-10 wins. IF the key pieces stay on the field, it will be toward the upper#.
Voted 9-7 even though I think 10-6 is completely possible. All this hinges on health though. The O-line needs to gain stability and Foster or at least the other RB's need to stay healthy to alleviate the issues we had with this team last year. If Pickspatrick can keep it in our own guys hands between the 20's, I think we'll be good. He's had relatively good numbers in the redzone, which we were inept at these past few years. He could actually become an upgrade over Slaub, which I didn't see when he was signed.
