They are legal in Austin, apparently. There's been a topless chick walking around 6th Street every Wednesday night for weeks. I know, because I play trivia at a pub there. She wears bikini bottoms of a skimpy nature, and cruises the avenue. She'll chat if you walk up to her and say howdy. I've talked to her. Tall, long, straight blonde hair. Nice looking, too, with a great pair. I've stood next to her and watched cops drive slowly past and pretend they aren't seeing anything, and not just in cars, but the bicycle cops and the footpads, as well. It's become one of the highlights of the evening.
Don't follow the guys in old town soliciting you to go to the strip clubs. If you do, negotiate everything in advance. I love Prague.

Prague sounds really nice right about now. I'm at the Lagos, Nigeria airport right now. Probably the worst airport I've ever been to.
