My contract is up at the end of this month. Currently have the S3. Not sure if I should get an S5 (with the S6 right around the corner), LG G3, or hold out a couple months for the Note 4. Questions I have about the LG G3...I hear the screen is dim and the battery life is not that good. Any LG G3 owners want to give an honest review? S5 owners, where you at? Battery life and speed of phone comments welcomed. Note owners or others in the know...what are your thoughts on the Note 4? Decisions, decisions!
S5 speed is a non-issue, it never lags. battery life is fine as long as you don't leave all your apps running in the background constantly.

Does anyone know how the keyboard functions on the S5? I stayed away from Android phones because the keyboards sucked if I wanted to type anything fast.
I got an invite for the One Plus One 64gb version and sold it on ebay for $85 in 5 minutes....i've seen them posted for more but wanted it sold asap
Doesn't that kind of defeat the purpose of it being a cheap phone? Good for you that some people are so dumb.
the default keyboard sucks, but i downloaded the google keyboard which is much better. there's a bunch of others you can use too depending on your preference.
Not entirely sure why the stock keyboard doesn't work well for you, but there are a number of replacement keyboards you can use, including Swiftkey (which is free now). Swiftkey allows you to theme the keyboard, change its layout (eg, I put numbers across top, and add the arrow keys). My social media whiz daughter likes the emoji support. Plus it does a pretty good job learning your typos. I know others like the Hacker keyboard and other thumb keyboards that break up the keyboard into two. There are reasons to prefer iOS over Android, but hard to see where the keyboard is one...
Been waiting for an invite for a few months now. You suck! Haha good job. I should have mine by the end of the month. I hope.
Been waiting for an invite for ever as well. I guess selling the invite for 85 is quick profit w/o any work. they've been going for 500-550 on ebay.
In the market for an S5. Most likely gonna use it on Walmart's T-Mobile $30 plan (100 min, unlimited text, 5 GB data). For those of you familiar with the phone, is it easy to unlock if I get the AT&T version? Or should I just get the T-Mobile locked version? Also, for people on that $30 plan, does it give you LTE or just HSPA+?
Just get the TMobile version if you want LTE speeds on that plan. No point in getting an AT&T and unlocking it. You'll most likely get HSPA+ on it anyways.
