Exactly why I don't want them. They rather be local rock stars than play with the best in the world. I want players that aspire to play in the toughest basketball league in the world and take that challenge.

I don't want anymore entitled players like V-Span coming over who want something given to them, instead of earning it.

I don't know how true the Dragic rumors are. But it's clear that Phoenix is not trading Dragic before they get Bledsoe back. I can't see them keeping both, but I also can't see them going into the season with Thomas as their starting PG.

The best case scenario for us would be if a team like Milwaukee (or any other team with cap space) would offer Eric a max contract. I think Phoenix would match, because they know that they can't easily obtain a talent like Bledsoe and then they would look to move Dragic. With a cheap owner they definitely wouldn't commit a max contracts to Bledsoe and Dragic, along with paying IT 7 million.

Thomas/Bev would've been an excellent guard tandem.

The difference is that their championship team was full of really good defenders. Chandler, Marion, Stevenson, and Butler were very good defenders. Kidd's defense and Terry's defense wasn't great, but was solid. The only bad defender on that squad was Dirk. Now the 1-4 positions are all filled with poor defenders.

If there was a formula before, it was to surround Dirk with good defenders. That's the opposite of what Cuban is doing now.

It makes too much sense that we are after one of them. We have assets to offer them. I feel like it is a good trade off from us. We give them a young pg prospect and serviceable bigman trained by Mchale and they give us a smart guard trained by Hornacek.

How can you consistently kill Harden for his defense but give a pass to Kevin Love and his terrible defense and give Dallas a pass for their terrible D as they may have the worst D in the NBA 1-4. The hypocrisy is mind numbing.

Do you have to post the same criticism in multiple threads?

It's called trolling. It's unfortunate because when he isn't trolling or sour pussed that his favorite players got traded, he is actually a nice board member. That quality guy hasn't shown up much over since PPat got traded. That was the beginning of the end of CH as a quality poster.

P Pat? He of endless midrange jumpers, no post game, and 4 rebounds a game who couldn't crack the starting lineup in Sacramento? That guy? Wow
