I don't want to ever see McFail with a clipboard, disaster waiting to happen. McFail is who he is, he's not going to get better at being a Head Coach and this team needs a Head Coach. I would take George Karl in a minute! Morey likes McFail because as a kid he loved the Celtics!

You know what this organization thinks about coaching? Nothing, vacant for 5 months into the most crucial times, before the playoffs and when we suppose to be training and gelling, right now. Sad day for Rocket fans.

Man, we need a defensive assistant so bad. I really think someone like Mike Brown can give us an additional 3-5 wins. With Howard, Ariza and Beverley this can be a lockdown defensive team.

Kelvin Sampson will be fired for some NCAA violation before the year is out, so we can just hire him back.

We are really wasting time now. Keeping McHale and adding Brown 2 of the worst coaches. I hope I eat crow but I doubt it.

Also Bosh should have gone to Dallas if he wasn't going to Houston. Cuban would have paid him, he could be near home, and that would be a championship contender with him, Dirk, and Parsons

I still think Morey will hire someone....even though it is peculiar why it hasn't already happened.

Mike Brown? As long as he isn't running an offense, I'd say good pick up. I remember him trying to describe the Lakers offense before they offed him. "It's like... The Princeton offense with some of the triangle in it?" Get that out of here. Defense though? I'm cool with it.

He's said, although I don't know whether it is true, that McHale is in charge of the hiring process.

And McHale, terrifyingly enough, has said he's happy with the current staff.

I am fine with this. Not a fan of Mchale and not too fond of Brown, but both of them can cover each others weaknesses.

Sorry man. This will never be a lockdown defensive team unless everyone commits to playing defense for the entire 24 sec every play. When u have someone just going through the motions, it's too easy for good teams to exploit the mismatch.

Getting a real coach doesn't hurt either.

I doubt Dallas could afford Bosh, Dirk, and Parsons - we had CP's Bird rights, Dallas did not. Also Bosh makes no sense on Dallas now that they have Ty Chandler, who is a better defensive center than Bosh (who is a better player, but mainly as a 4). So Bosh/Chandler/Dirk is a top heavy rotation that doesn't maximize talent. And where's the money for Parsons after that?

missing out on hollins was right up there with losing bosh at the last minute and dallas giving parsons too much money.
