We pick up first round picks...combine that with a young player and the NOLA pick for Dragic. Or we can forget Dragic...and maybe work out a 3 team trade where we get picks and maybe Rubio, Bud or someone else from the Twolves or Cavs?
It's already been mentioned in this thread (by me and others) that PHO already has several 1st round draft picks. Why would they trade a cornerstone star for more? And why would we give up our most valuable expendable assets for the Twolves trash? If we are going to blow our asset wad it needs to be for someone special, because we will be locked in if we do.
Both Morey and Sterling treat players like assets. The Clippers situation has a lot more to do with the Rockets than fighting over treeman's attempt to play thread police does.
Just because he's critical of a team and its owner, doesn't mean make him a dick. Stop with the name calling.
If there were preliminary discussions for Dragic I think it's dead and buried now. The Rockets best trade asset is less valuable to the Suns after TJ Warren's performance in SL.
