I watched part of a game and I did like what I saw. He seems to understand spacing and sets a lot of screens. Maybe it'll rub off.

He may be. I only watched 2 games.

And I never said he was bad. Just that his performance in the games I saw were underwhelming.

Dorsey is a big, athletic body we can throw in when Howard needs a rest or is in foul trouble. The Rockets don't need him to score much, just his size, athleticism and power. His defense should really help us though I don't know how much of a drop off from Asik he is.

Dorsey's role is playing great defense, protect the rim and rebounds. I doubt he is as good of a rebounder as Asik but he should be a better pick and roll player.

Joey Dorsey is our back up center????!!! I have been out of touch for a week and now I am even more depressed. Ariza now this!!?? Has the Rockets organization gone into full regression mode. Is Moochie our new PG?
