Phoenix won't have a big market. There are a number of high quality point guards in the league. Dragic also can tell a team he won't resign, much like Kevin Love. If he wants top dollar from a contender, we are one of the few that can do it. Won't be much competition. Not for a possible season rental at least.

Salary cap question. Do the Rockets have the ability to sign Hamilton to a contract and trade him to a team like the Suns to help match salary for another player they want?
Just means there's no pending activity using cap space. That was always an unlikely scenario. A trade is our best route right now.
So with the official signings of Adrien, Dorsey, and Smith we would have to rule out any chance we get Bledsoe.
A signing yes....but if it is indeed Bledsoe...it really would not matter, correct? Phoenix could sign and trade Bledsoe here, while we use our trade exception in the deal.
