I guess no one here is questionin your reliability. Have you heard anything from your sources about Goran coming back ?
ESPN reports that PHX and Bledsoe are "far apart": http://espn.go.com/nba/story/_/id/1...x-suns-remain-far-apart-contract-negotiations I don't get why nobody has offered Bledsoe a max contract yet and just dared PHX to match or not match. What does a team like the Lakers have to lose by doing such a thing? They are paying Swaggy P and Jordan Hill $14M combined. The Lakers could have easily offered that money to Bledsoe first. Are Jordan Hill and Swaggy P gonna go off the market during the 3 day waiting period? And who cares if they do? Hill and Swaggy have their uses, but there are plenty of those mid-level free agents out there. Atlanta, too, has cap room and can use a dynamic guard like him. I see why certain teams didn't do it. Houston prioritized the certainty of getting Ariza at $8M over a small chance that PHX doesn't match Bledsoe, for example. For other teams have little to lose by making that gamble. Are people freaked out at Bledsoe's health? Or maybe EB has offers but they are from sucky teams that he doesn't want to go to.
Great stuff man. Thought it would be weird for Phoenix to commit so much money to Bledsoe, Dragic, and Thomas. With Bledsoe, Dragic both looking for big money it would make sense for them to get Gogi's market value. If they match Bledsoe's offer sheet they still have him, Isaiah Thomas, and Gerald Green in the backcourt plus whatever assets they could get from a Dragic trade. Damn, Phoenx is in a pretty good situation right now.
He's seeking the max. Teams are probably just scared to offer it based off his injuries/surgeries. I agree though, I would have rather taken a chance on Bledsoe than swaggy p/Hill.
pretty sure it's all teams. Rich Paul is really just a tag a long that's hit it big with a powerful friend
I have not - but I would be surprised if the Rockets got Dragic. I think PHX values him and he is pretty underpaid. Don't know what the Rockets would give the Suns to be honest. Now can they go out and get Bled? That is possible - But I have not heard anything.
That's good to know. My guess is it doesn't happen until they can work out what to do with Bledsoe. If he's traded, then Dragic stays. If he stays, then Dragic goes. I would assume that Bledsoe stays. He's young and has tremendous upside. That said, I'm not sure why a team like the Bucks haven't shed a salary or two and offered Bledsoe a 4 year max contract. Bledsoe/Giannis/Parker is a really good core to build on. The problem is they have bad money tied up in Sanders, Mayo, and Ilyasova.
He's a free agent next year and looking at what they have at the PG spot it would seem that moving him before he becomes a FA is probably a good idea. TJones and/or Capella, the NOP first, and our TPE would probably work out pretty nicely.
with all these dragic/bledsoe speculation, we'll be in for another heartbreak...and we end up with Ramon Sessions...
Didn't prevent them from going after Rich's friend and client, Lebron. If the player is worth it, teams should deal with that newb no mater how much the hate dealing with him.
