The "eye test" is possibly even more damning than the stats and Parsons experience (seven years college and pros). He simply couldn't make the Thunder or Blazers pay with guarding him with Ibaka and Aldridge, respectively. They're both great defenders obviously, but a star wing (a playmaker/shot creator) would not be able to be defended by those guys. Carlisle will definitely put Parsons in the best position to succeed. The only thing is, McHale and the Rockets coaching staff had already done that.
ok I watch all year Harden, Lin or whoever crash into people and fall to the ground like they were injured. Not just the Rockets but almost every game I watch of any teams. Players seem to milk everything nowdays.
You didn't watch to many games last year, if that's what you think. DMo didn't look lost at all on defense.
