    Rondo

Nothing the rockets have would get Rondo. He isn't coming here.

Agreed . Ill probably switch Nelson for Stuckey but Nelson as a back up could be very productive.

sign boozer for 2 years 20m,so we still have some hopes for a title the next two years and then we will have cap space to land KD,all the 2 year contracts will expire,or we can stay as we are.

Who have we picked up in the last three days that was on a timeline and would not be there today? If the answer is no one. Then why did we not make a run for Bledsoe when we had the money? I don't think it would have even taken the max just a soild offer. I don't think they tought he was going to stay (all their moves made - 5 points gaurds on the roster). Maybe it is his knees, IDK. BUT one a side not the Suns cut Ish Smith maybe he is the next ex-Rocket to sign.

    Question?

Can we make a trade for Jeff Teague and Millsap
for Gee, Jones, Dmo, Beverley, Hopson, Powell + Pick if needed + Lin's 8.3M TPE which we got.

question is can we use part of that TPE in this trade?

Teague would fit into the Lin TPE
and you have more than enough salary there for Millsap.

    However...those are bad trades.

Can someone tell me a potential trade scenario for Goran Dragic?

I think he could take so much scoring pressure off of Harden, but what would it take to get him?

This move would for sure salvage the offseason depending on what we would give up.

    Canaan+DMo+NOP?

I think it will take more than an unproven 2nd rounder, an unproven 1st rounder, and an unproven first round pick is enough for an allstar signed to a brilliant contract, especially if the Suns is looking to make the playoff next year.

I want Bledsoe more. I think it would take at least the Pelicans pick, Terrence Jones, and Capela to get either Bledsoe or Dragic.

I like Morey as a GM, and I give him lots of credit for accumulating the assets needed to get Harden and Howard. However, he deserves some criticism as well. I think he cast his net to far and because of that he was not able to hone in on any one player. First, there was the report that he offered Lowry a contract before even talking to Carmelo or anyone else. That was bizarre! What exactly did he tell Lowry - here's a contract, but promise not to sign it until we strike out on the guys we really want! I think most of the players he was pursuing knew that Morey didn't really want him, and that they were just the next big star in line.

I don't like how he handled Chandler Parsons. In the end, I think it was the right move to not match Dallas' offer for him. As much as I like him, no way is Parsons worth that type of money! He's going to be the highest paid player on the Mavs this year. However, he should have retained control over him for next year so that he could either trade him, have him play out his contract, or resign him. He took a big gamble and lost out.

There's still talk about adding another major player via a trade, but what does he have to offer? No Parsons, no Asik, no Lin. He has a protected first rounder from NO, but they look to be pretty good this year with Asik and Stevenson joining them, so there's a pretty good chance that the pick will not be a lottery pick, and may fall low enough to where NO still retains the rights. Outside of marginal free agents, there really isn't anyone the Rox can sign that will help them.

While I'd love to see Love (pun intended), I don't see that happening, and I think we will have a lot of competition for him next year as s free agent. I'd like to see what Atlanta wants for Paul Milsap. It's not a sexy trade, but he fits in very nicely with the team. That would allow Terrance Jones to come off the bench which I think he's better suited for now.

Lowry, Ariza, Dragic....those guys have anything in common? They all used to play for us and now Morey wants them back! Maybe he should have considered keeping them in the first place? Sell low and buy high, seems a bit backwards.

I like Morey and think eventually we will be better, but he's far from perfect.

Two out-of-left-field point guards to keep an eye on: Ty Lawson and Ricky Rubio. (Don't love Rubio, but his situation is very similar to that of Harden's with OKC and you always know Morey is looking to be opportunistic)
